Overview

NVivo Collaboration Server Release 1 Manager is a browser-based application that lets you:

• Activate product licenses for NVivo Collaboration Server Release 1

• Manage users and permissions

• Allocate Client Access Licenses (CALs)

• Manage NVivo projects

• Schedule regular backups and perform other maintenance tasks

You access NVivo Collaboration Server Release 1 Manager using a local or domain account that has been configured as an NVivo Collaboration Server Release 1 Administrator account. You can specify this account as the default when you install NVivo Collaboration Server Release 1 or by adding this account to the Administrators group in NVivo Collaboration Server Release 1 Manager.

To start NVivo Collaboration Server Release 1 Manager

• In your Internet browser, enter the web address http://<servername>/NVivoCollaborationServer .
  Use 'https' if using an SSL certificate SSL certificates.

You may be prompted to enter your user credentials.
