NCapture for Internet Explorer

NCapture is a free extension for Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. It enables users to gather material from the web as PDFs or datasets to import into NVivo (Windows or Mac). See the users' Help for a full description.

 

NCapture for Internet Explorer is no longer supported.

 

You can download and install it but there will be no further updates.

Requirements

NCapture for Internet Explorer requires Internet Explorer 11.

The following NVivo versions can import NCapture files:

• Windows: NVivo 14, Release 1, NVivo 12, NVivo 11, NVivo 10

• Mac: NVivo 14, Release 1, NVivo 12, NVivo 11, NVivo 10 from v10.1*

*Some capture types not supported.

Installing NCapture

Users do not need to have NVivo installed on their computers in order to capture content with NCapture.

If you install  NVivo 12 Windows (or NVivo 11 Windows or NVivo 10 Windows) using the Wizard, you can optionally install NCapture for Internet Explorer. You can also install NCapture separately.
